- We know each other well from training together at a French club, where we played as a couple. When I was preparing for the season in Dubai, she flew in for some time, so we have an excellent relationship, Mirra is a great person.


She has great potential, she is young, but she already knows a lot, she has all the shots, she has the game, she is very mature for her age. Mirra emanates great energy, I try to support it and recharge myself too. Next to her, I don`t feel like I`m almost 40, it`s as if I`m transported back 20 years.


Mirra is already a very stable player: she has both power and confidence. In a way, she reminds me of myself when I was young. Of course she has talent, but she also works a lot.


She moves well, sees the court - I had the same qualities when I was young. They helped me very quickly go from junior to professional tennis, " Zvonareva told Sports correspondent Andrei Vasiliev.
