Alessandro Costacurta responded to Taribo West about him and Paolo Maldini. Former Milan defender and now religious pastor Taribo West said in an interview several years ago:
I was stronger than Paolo Maldini and Alessandro Costacurta, but the coach [Alberto Zaccheroni] always relied on these two. I wonder why. When I was put into the starting line-up due to Maldini`s injury, I played well and even received praise, but someone was unhappy and in the end I was sent back to the bench.
In recent days, this interview has gone viral on the Internet, and Costacurta, now a commentator on Sky, decided to respond to his former Milan partner on social networks.
