Former Arsenal manager Unai Emery has made a touching statement to the club`s management and fans in a farewell address, which was published on the website of the ball.
`It was an honor for me to be an Arsenal coach. I heartily thank all the fans for helping me understand the greatness of this club. and cold to greet me after the matches. I want to tell you that I worked with passion, dedication and diligence. I would be very pleased if we could have achieved better results for you.

I would also like to express my gratitude to all Arsenal staff for their treatment of me. The greatness of the club lies in every director, manager, assistant and associate.
In particular, I would like to thank especially Ivan Gazidis, who welcomed me to the club, as well as Raoul Sanlehi, Ed and Venay Venkatesham for their respect, friendship and assistance. Until the last minute, they treated me with respect. Of course, I also extend my sincere thanks to the Kroonke family for their trust.

This year and a half was filled with emotions, incredible moments and more that were more difficult.
