Philadelphia 76ers head coach Doc Rivers will coach Kevin Durant`s team in the upcoming March 7 Atlanta All-Star Game at the National Basketball Association. Rivers won that right tonight when the Philadelphia team beat the Chicago Bulls 112-105, securing first place in the Eastern Conference by Feb. 21.

For the 59-year-old former LA Clippers coach, who has led the Sixers for the first season, this will be his third appearance in the All-Star Game as a coach for one of the teams involved in the show. The other team on the show, LeBron James, will be led by Utah head coach Jazz Quinn Snyder. The Jazzmen are a leader in the NBA Western Conference. Snyder, 54, was the first Utah coach since Frank Leiden in 1984 to win the right to lead the All-Star Game.
On March 4, through the Draft, the captains of both teams - LeBron James and Kevin Durant, will choose their teammates for the `Match of the Stars`.
