Lakers forward Anthony Davis believes the team is capable of winning in the absence of the injured LeBron James.


I like the way we played in the last matches. I don`t know when he will return. Obviously, it`s frustrating to deal with a groin injury. I know that he trains and recovers every day. I hope he returns in these away matches.


We have won several meetings without him as well as with him. Of course, it`s always great when he`s in the squad. We need to play together, especially with the return of Dennis Schroeder and Thomas Bryant. We don`t want him to rush. We`ll try to give him as much rest as he needs, " Davis said.


James has missed the last five Lakers games. The team won three victories in these meetings.
